The POW system will consist of two modules:

1. Pearl construction tool

2. Pearl search tool.

The Pearl-Construction tool (PC) assists in the organization of ideas and reflection on the learning experience.

The Pearl-Search tool (PS) contains a search engine and graphical user interface for navigating Pearl content, enabling members of the community to seek out the knowledge they need to enrich their project designs. PS cupports community building with its project sharing and discussion functions.
